continued growth.

behind the RV Women’s Alliance in their daily work to engage more
industry women at all levels of the industry. The RV Women’s
Alliance is an organization dedicated to fostering the next
generation of female RV Industry leaders and innovators. Our
mission is to unite, inspire, recruit, and develop a more diverse
workforce by supporting women with education, resources, and
opportunities.
Join us tonight as Susan Carpenter gives us an update on the RVWA and a great project underway in Elkhart, IN. Drab to FAB is a project created and executed by RV Women’s Alliance taking place at the RV Technical Institute, the industry’s leading training center located in the heart of Elkhart, Indiana. Female volunteers from RV companies and organizations from all across the country have come together to fully renovate a used travel trailer from “drab” to “fab”!
