We first met Earl when he was the VP of Sales for Sylvan Sport. His passion for the RV industry was always on display with large crowds gathering around to meet this man.
Earl brings a passion to everything he does, including his new business venture, Black Folks Camp Too. Launched late last year, It is a marketing-driven business whose mission is to increase diversity in the outdoor industry by making it easier, more interesting and more fun for black folks to go camping.
Earl is also an accomplished author and will talk about his book on childhood bullying a new one that will be out soon about camping. The characters in the books are built around his son Dillon and daughter Fuzzy.
